The 27th Annual Symposium on Nonhuman Primate Models for AIDS will be held October 28-31, 2009, at the Hyatt Harborside Hotel in Boston, MA. Located less than a mile from the Boston Logan International airport and approximately seven minutes by water taxi from historic downtown Boston, the hotel is situated on the waterfront and overlooks the Boston skyline and harbor. A block of rooms has been reserved at the special symposium rate of $205.00 plus tax per night (single and double). Ten rooms are available at the Government rate. The hotel will provide complimentary Internet services to the conference attendees. The Hyatt Harborside is in complete compliance with all provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). All the rooms at the Hyatt Harborside Hotel have oversized entrances and there are 14 ADA accessible rooms with roll in showers. Parking has been negotiated at the discounted price of $10 for the day or $15 for overnight. |

| To and from the banquet | ||
Transportation to the banquet site at JFK library will be arranged by the conference. Shuttle buses will be provided to and from the JFK library on the evening of the banquet. Buses will depart from the hotel lobby to the JFK Library at 5:30PM and return after the banquet at 10:00PM. |
